RE: dose limits for members of the public

But would the $$$ really go to auto safety or other safety concerns?
Would utilities pass some of their savings to the auto industry? Would
hospitals use their savings to hire or train more nurses or CHPs? Would
industries spend their saving to better educate the public on why the
increase in dose limits was really no cause for concern anyway?
