And for perspecitve, how many total cancer deaths have occurred during this

period?



By the way, half of 22,000 (the number stated in the article as fatal

cancers) is 11,000 according to my slide rule.  How does this turn into the

15,000 figure reported in the story headline?  (Another example of truth

and accuracy in reporting?)
