recommendations for mulit-copying posts of Radsafe

I would like to recommend to all posters, when they "hit" reply to a

posting, that unless they are sending a private response back to the

individuals who had either initiated the post, or simply replied to

the post, that they remove them (their E-Mail) and only send it to

Radsafe. The consequences of not doing this is that the individual

not only receives the E-Mail that was sent to them, but also the E-

Mail that is sent to Radsafe.

The cause of this is that the reply to always starts with the

individual, and not to the Radsafe list. Perhaps Mike can rethink

this process. I understand the reason why this was done, to eliminate

private postings. However, unless the individual removes the person's

E-Mail and then adds in the Radsafe E-Mail, the system is being

bogged down with multiple copies going out, and, being received.

The process is easily handed by the responder. If you have to insert

Radsafe in the cc: field, simply remove the individual's E-Mail, and,

insert Radsafe in the to: block.

This would be most appreciated by everyone.

Thank you.
