NOT TRUE.  (This response shows why, no matter what credentials you have, 49

CFR, Subpart H requires specialized training before you're allowed to ship

hazardous materials.)  Please keep in mind  that the "Standards of Professional

Responsibility for CHP's" includes the statement:  "The CHP shall practice only

in areas of his/her expertise."  If you're just guessing on something, please

don't represent yourself as a diplomate.
