Re: Criticality accident
I disagree. The purpose of the "comparative body count" may be thought
of as "which of my limited options is the safest". Failure to consider
this point would be foolish and dangerous.
Consider food irradiation. Will it save more lives than traditional
techniques? This is a critical question.
