Does this include the costs incurred by the fear-mongering, anti-nuclear contingents responsible for unnecessary evacuations, post-traumatic stress disorders caused by fear that was disproportinate to the actual hazard, and psychosomatic illnesses inflicted on an unwitting public by the insistence that regulatory fatal cancer risks, and other health risk estimates represented actual cancer and health risks?

I'm just curious.
