You have taken on a difficult task. I suggest that you address the LNT
issue, noting that it is likely an overestimation of the risk at low
dose/dose rate and it is used to insure that it gives adaquate protection to
even the most sensitive population group.
FYI, I used this approach in a presentation to the Vancouver Women Club
several year ago to help explain the risk from radiation exposure to high
flyers and astronauts.
