This reflection is probably correct - I heard a discussion on the topic 4-5 

years ago after a local municipality (outside Stockholm) had spent some 9 

million USD on burying a power line.



The worries & alarms continue in Sweden - about "power line radiation" and 

also about base stations for mobile phone systems (some chimney sweeper 

protests because he is "allergic to electricity" or something like that - 

heard it a week ago).
