As far as industry, I mean nuclear power. It is my opinion that NEI 

supported the BRC. While it didn't give everything that was desired, 

it was thought to be a start, even in a limited beginning. The 

philosophy would have still eliminated a lot of wasted time and $$. 

While it supported LNT, the focus wasn't fighting LNT, but to reduce 

needless work.
