If one compares the population center around Chernobyl and then
compare to Indian Point, and other reactors, say around Chicago, I
think that there could be more significant damage and injury. While
we haven't had anything comparable to Chernobyl, TMI being a mild
kitten in comparison, one can't say categorically that there can't be
anything worse out there. Well, I know that you are saying that, but,
we don't know what could happen, under the most adverse
circumstances.
