Mangano uses the Sternglass and Gould method of sifting through data until

he finds what he likes. His random observations are unrelated to any real

cause-effect relationships, but are found by pure chance. He could just as

easily develop such relationships in correlation to rainfall levels or

phases of the moon. No real scientist would take his work seriously. 



Out of 100 nuclear power plants in the U.S., 50 go up and 50 go down with

respect to any chosen observation. For the 50 that go down on the first

observation, 25 go up on the second. Big deal!
