Legal case about lost ESP after MR

Spoke with a visiting scientist today who mentioned a legal case (in the US) 

where someone (a healer) claimed compensation for lost ESP following an MR 

examination.



The visiting scientist didn't remember more details - it had been a note on 

the wall at some American scientist's workplace. The case probably took 

place 15-20 years ago. The compensation should have been one million USD. 

Just wonder if any Radsafer knows anything more about it.
