Dear Radiosafer

Regarding area radiation survey and tube leakage testing of the medical x-ray ,please see the following concerns:

Are there any standard or regulations required or recommend fixed frequency of conducting those radiation testing?

Are they acceptable if those surveys done during the acceptance, when tube change , renovation or when there is doubt?

Are the manufacture's certificate of tube leakage is enough in order to comply with standard?

Any response in this regard are appreciated
