I didn't see the email from Norman because I've set up an "agent" in my

email to auto delete anything from him due to the amount of garbage he

sends to the list.



I agree with Bill that while not down-playing how incredibly serious this

is it is not an indication that the NRC believes there has been ACTUAL

criminal actions.



I've been part of an NRC-OI investigation and while they are intimidating

they are also very intelligent and very fair.  Just because they are

investigating doesn't mean there actually was any intentional wrong doing

on the part of the people being investigated. In fact especially in this

instance does anyone seriously believe that any of our compatriots there at

DB actually intentionally said "yeah, this leak will cause a huge breach in

the head ... but, hey who cares I'm getting paid?"?!?



Anyway, my point here is to say that it's not that big a deal that the OI

is involved now.  This is the NRC covering all the bases and ensuring that

they know all the answers. It DOESN'T mean they actually believe that

criminal intentional wrong doing has taken place.



PS.  The OI investigation I was part of was returned with no-findings and

had no connection with my current employer.
