Hi Ruth,
It's a real challenge for me to post without an attempt at humor, but
I'll try (oops failed already).
I posted this tor adasafe for two reasons, one to inform you as to
whats being said "out there", and two, because I felt that some folks
would be interested.
As to what he things to accomplish, I'd have to ask Mr W., but I think
that he indeed believes thats things are as bad as he writes and he
wants to do something before its too late.
