	--If I cannot do good research, why have I received prestigious

national awards from American Physical Society, Health Physics Society,

and American Nuclear Society; why have I been elected nationally to

Division Chairmanships in two of these; and why have about 250 of my

papers been published in peer reviewed scientific journals?
