I beg to differ in an ORSE test nobody actually jumps any fence either they

start on the inside and those playing terrorist get to have do overs when

they miss a target.  The guards of course are not allowed to simulate

anything except for shooting people and they get no do overs.



All I am saying is that since you are obviously the authority on all things

nuclear you should be infinitely more qualified than anyone else to show the

terrorists how it could or should be done.  So come on bring it on and start

digging.  We don't care how a rat gets in we will treat it the same whether

it climbs over or tunnels under the fence.
