RE: Interventional Cardiologist Absorbed Dose

Carol,
Try "Study of Radiation Doses to Personnel in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory," Health Physics, April 1996, Vol. 70, No. 4, Pp 567 to 563.  Another, which I do not yet have. is "An Investigation of the Radiation Dose to Staff During Cardiac Radiological Studies," British Journal of Radiology, 58, 419-428 (1989).

Subject: Interventional Cardiologist Absorbed Dose

Dear Radsafers:

Does anyone out there have some ball park values for deep dose equivalent (DDE) to interventional cardiologists expressed as "mrem DDE per fluoro-minute"?  This would be DDE outside the lead apron.

Many thanks in advance.
