I would just like to add my support to the comments made about the way 

individuals respond to posts on Radsafe.  I am increasingly finding that my 

focus is not the content of some individuals posts but the tone of the posts 

themselves.  Individuals should recognise that they do themselves a 

disservice by responding in this manner.  Any useful information, any point 

that they wish to make is undermined if their tone is such that people stop 

listening.
