Is what you wrote above what you meant?  Do you mean Minimum 

allowable dose? I would think that the dose you are referring to, to 

save $$$, would be significantly higher than 1 rem/a. I think you're 

missing a few zeros. Perhaps I am misunderstanding what you are 

trying to say if the 1.0 rem/a is what you meant?
