Subject: [NAYGN-members] Pro Indian Point Rally October 5th
Do you live in the New York area? Do you believe in the benefits of
nuclear power? Show your support!
Volunteers at the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant are hosting a rally
on Saturday, October 5 from 12-3pm to show the community their support
for the continued safe operation of the Indian Point Energy Center.
Rally organizers are expecting 3000-5000 participants, and are planning
to have guest speakers and information booths to help inform the public
about nuclear technology.
The rally will be at Peekskill's Riverfront Green Park. Indian Point is
located in the village of Buchanan, which is just South of the town of
Peekskill.
