PWR, BWR refueling costs

I am posting this for a friend.

 

"I am putting together a table showing the relative fuel costs for a

continuously operating 1000 MW(e) power plant using different fuels.  The

fuels considered are natural uranium (CANDU), low enriched uranium (as in a

PWR and BWR), coal, oil, gas, hardwood.  The figures I am having difficulty

getting are those for the refuelling of the PWR (and BWR) assuming about 30

tons of fuel are replaced in the former and about 40 tons in the latter.

Ballpark figures only are needed."
