re:tragedy in Fla

I worked for the State of FL DHRS from 1971-75, and worked with both Philip and Don 

in emergency exercises while employed with FPL for the next 22 years. I just returned to 

the USA and just now read about the tragedy that occurred while I was in transit. This is 

a very sad day, and, I pray for both Don and Philip, and for their families as well.
