RE: Xenon ventilation

David,
Basically, they ventilation room air to ensure that negative pressure is maintained.  The idea is the xenon is slightly heavier than normal room air.  I have doubted that it makes much of a difference if the air is well circulated.

Subject: Xenon ventilation

Could anyone direct me information or to a Nuclear Medicine facilty that has ventilation ducts installed near the floor for exhausting xenon-133 ?  I'm interested in learning about these systems and how well they work.

Thank you.
