Whether you think this is bad information or not, this
is what the public hears. I think your experiences at Goiania speak
volumes about what can happen today. How do you think the public respond
to any significant contamination incident, terrorist attack or not? How
will the authorities respond? The question is how do you "educate" the
public. Whether or not you blame the FAS or the EPA, the decision are made
by governments. And ours seems to be wringing its hands all the
time.
My
guess is that no plans are in the works, but we will muddle
through.
