Re: Dirty bombs

Dec. 20

The link offered in Richard Hess's posting is to a summary of Dr. Henry

Kelly's testimony about dirty bombs. For the full testimony to to

www.fas.org, click on "Terrorism," and then on "FAS President

testifies . . ." under "Hot Topics."

A short biography of Dr. Henry Kelly can be found at

<http://www.aip.org/pt/vol-53/iss-7/p47.html>. (This is a link to Physics

Today.)

Kelly is on the board of directors of the Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace

Fellowship. Some fellow-members are from the Union of Concerned

Scientists, the Center for Science in the Public Interest, the Council for

a Livable World, the Center for Defense Information, Physicians for Social

Responsibility, and the Natural Resources Defense Council.

A Googol search for Henry C. Kelly will show that Dr. Kelly has a marked

tendency to align himself with anti-nuclear or anti-defense causes and

organizations.
