Yes, that happened. It was not particularly significant, which

is why you may not remember it. That was before the new vehicle

barriers were installed at nuclear power plants.



As I recall, he drove through the fence/barrier and into the

turbine building. He left the station wagon and hid in the

turbine building for a couple hours until they found him. I

don't recall the decision on his mental state.
