That's not as far fetched as you may believe.  We are required to report, to

the MI Department of Environmental Quality, virtually any spill that has the

potential to reach surface water.  This includes leaks of oil or antifreeze

from employees' personal vehicles, above a deminimis quantity.  Such events

are generally not a threat to the environmental, but this assures that we

maintain an effective spill response plan, and that we train site employees on

environmental awareness issues.
