It's a licensed activity and the radon is natural,
but the required ventilation for the builidng they work in causes the radon to
be inhanced. The licensee is not licensed for radium or radon
sources.

Well, here is hat eater.......an employer that requires a person
to work in a building that enhances naturally occurring radon emanations is
required to account for the internal exposure, right?
Are
they "enhancing" it to further their licensed activities? Or is it a
"natural" byproduct of some unlicensed company that just didn't take radon
ventilation into account when building the facility?
