This is to inform you that the Call for Abstracts for the forthcoming International Meeting on Applied Physics (APHYS-2003), to be held in Badajoz (Spain), during October 14-18th 2003, is now opened. Website
www.formatex.org/aphys2003/aphys2003.htm Abstracts submission deadline: March 24th 2003 As you can see, Radioactivity, Medical Physics, Radiochemistry, Radiation Physics/chemistry, Radiation Protection, and related field, will have a significant weight in the International Applied Physics Conference. In addition to
the regular Scientific Program, an International and Interdisciplinar Workshop
on Occupational Radiation Protection will be held as Pre-conference event on
October 13th 2003.

If you are interested in taking part as reviewer, please contact us with your personal data, fields of expertise and a list of publications. The official list of reviewers will be also included in the Proceedings. Papers accepted
for presentation within these topics will be reviewed for publication in special
issues of:
- Physica
Sripta (papers mainly dealing with Radiochemical methods, Radioactivity,
Radiation Physics/Chemistry, ...)
- Radiation
Protection Dosimetry (papers dealing with Radiation
Protection)
Depending on the scope of each papers, they can be also considered for inclusion in some of the other planned special issues of the conference: - Journal of Microscopy - Applied Surface Science All papers will be strictly reviewed for ensuring the production of high
quality Special Issues.
