Radioactive statue base in Washington

I've heard that there's a statue base somewhere in Washington DC that's 

significantly radioactive (yes, I know, many rocks in the area are!) in 

relation to other areas.



Does anyone know what that statue might be, the primary contributor, and 

maybe even the reading(s) ??
