	--In my response I show that explanation does not help, regardless

of correlations between radon levels and smoking prevalence. There is no

set of smoking prevalences for U.S. counties that can explain the Puskin

observation. My explanation for the Puskin observation is given in my

response, Item #15 on my web site, along with the proof for my above

statement.
