What excuse next for no pay

Mr. Gray,



I respectfully must disagree with you about taking this off the list.  No one has been able to document from the archives that the only condition to meet Dr. Cohen's latest reward offer was a letter.  Letters have been published in other radiation journals other than Health Physics (see Doll, Darby etc.), but Dr. Cohen has not compensated those individuals either for responding to his offer.  



Dr. Puskin responded to Dr. Cohen's offer and published a paper in the Health Physics Journal suggesting a cause. Dr. Cohen's response to Dr. Puskin's paper is far from convinving, but that is not the issue here.  Dr. Cohen does not have to agree with Puskin's suggestion since Cohen stated the only requirement was publication. 

    

On this issue there needs to be some accountability and public documentation.  The Radsafe archives provides the perfect venue for this documentation and accountability unless the list moderator feels otherwise.
