In order for everyone to see the actual proposal, and justifications 

for the proposed rulemaking regarding accreditation for any dosimeter 

used for reporting "official dose of record", you can see the

The intent, as Bill wrote, is for primary personnel dosimetry, and 

was not intended for secondary dosimetry,m even if used for reporting 

dose, due to the primary dosimeter dose recorded to be deemed 

"inadequate" for any investigated reason.
