I feel very strongly that treating people with courtesy and respect is as

much a part of being a professional as just having the technical knowledge

to do the job. People who act rudely or with a lack of maturity are people I

do my best not to work with, if I can help it. There are lots of competent

people out there, and when there is a choice of who to include on a project

or proposal, I always seek the most "professional" people, by both

definitions given above.
