RE: RE: Field's comments on Cohen's Observation
Mr. Howard,
Read my message. Dr. Field sent his half of what I thought was an off-list discussion between the two of us to RADSAFE. I had already responded in our off-list discussion to some of his comments prior to his RADSAFE posting and wanted the list to have my arguments directly rather than infer them from his comments.
