--Just consider how these things are done with air pollution, like
sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, ozone, particulates, etc. They are far
more serious health threats than radiation.
Surveys looking for exposures above 500 mrem would be far simpler
than present surveys. One minute in a room or in an area of concern would
usually do the job.
