Do we need to re-invent the wheel?

Let's move on and call it a "PRE-OWNED NUCLEAR FUEL".. :-)

Right or not quite right, "spent nuclear fuel" is what everyone calls



it, 

whether it is eventually reprocessed or not.  Trying to the name 

isn't going to 

change anyone's mind and will only srve to confuse.  Looks like a bit
