The list is still getting hit a lot with junk emails from the Sobig

virus. Radsafers are asked to check their computer for the presence of

the virus, see info at

http://us.mcafee.com/virusInfo/default.asp?id=helpCenter&hcName=sobig

Attachments cannot be passed through the list, so no one is at risk. But

someone who is still infected has radsafe in their email address book,

and this virus is trying to autoemail itself to the list a few hundred

times a day, so I'm having more junk in the form of bounced messages to

delete than usual.

I've been pleased with the level of civility on the list lately, keep it

up. Here is another entry from George Washington's, 1746 book called

"Rules of Civility and Decent Behaviour In Company and Conversation",

reproduced with the spellings provided in the text, at least as

presented at http://www.buchanan.org/h-189.html

68th Go not thither, where you know not, whether you Shall be Welcome or

not. Give not Advice without being Ask'd & when desired do it briefly.
