Whoa......zero defects is a good program when your process can cause

hundreds of deaths when a small defect can escalate to a deleterious

condition.  More than likely the zero defects program the Navy mandated in

the sixties, after the mysterious lost of two submarines (nuclear), saved

hundreds if not thousands of lives.
