But, then you've really got one group "harming others" based on the first 

group's ignorance.  It doesn't matter that the first, ill-informed group may be 

the majority - that's what the 14th Amendment is for.  It was conceived and 

ratified for the very purpose of not simply allowing the majority to rule.  So, 

it's not that group's right to impose their ignorance upon others.
