I agree and almost everyone in "my business" would say that the causing of 

panic and the disruption of services can and is a terrorist event.



Take the Anthrax attacks of 2001 on a global scale you had thousands of 

responses and only a dozen or so "real" events.



Oh and I also agree that naming the better sources here on this forum is not 

a wise thing to do.
