That is an interesting graph. It shows cancer rates declining steadily over

the last 100 years, but instead of crediting fallout (or anything else that

happened after 1950) for causing this, they blame fallout for the fact that

the rate of decrease is now only 1% per year instead of 2% like 100 years

ago.



I guess the glass is 1/2 empty rather than 1/2 full.
