detecting medical isotopes at airport security





I had a thallium test many years ago.  I set off the radiation alarms at

Idaho National Engineering Laboratory within a couple of weeks after the

test.  And this was going into the facility!  Just told them about the test

- no problem.

A colleague of mine set off the alarms at the Surry Nuclear station  - also

with no problem.
