RE: Disposal of Decontamination Waste post RDD

In my own opinion I would expect that it might be handled as a "National

Crisis/Emergency" and would most likely be sent to a DOE site with ready

space and access - like the Nevada Test Site. In a case like this it would

be crucial to have everyone working together. Just my own personal opinion.

Subject: Disposal of Decontamination Waste post RDD

Has anyone considered where all the decontamination waste resulting from

cleanup after a dirty bomb event will be sent for disposal? If it occurs

outside of the Atlantic Compact, it could be a problem. Would Envirocare's

license allow them to accept it?
