Re: OSHA & Radiation (was: Badges for surgery)

In our case the clean cost amounted to extra overtime

for the staff, and removal of floor tiles. Diposal

cost and monitoring were not itemized, and various

items, like shoes, were sequestered and allowed to

decay. Luckily, and surprisingly, we had no personnel

comtamination.

A common that is often made as to how much will is

cost to decomtaminate the area affected by a

radiological bomb. My feeling is "whatever it takes."

Your experiences in Goiania prove that point.
