foodstuffs to serve in cafeterias.  They have won a court case striking down 

California's adoption of the NRC's License Termination Rule in California.  I challenge 

you to call the state and ask them what their decommissioning criteria is.  

They have held sites across California hostage with their scare tactics, slowing 

down remedial work and expending millions of state agency dollars in the 

process.  These are just the things that occur to me off the top of my head.  

There are more, and I'm sure there are others with examples.
