Tritium fatality
You will find the information on the tritium fatalities in the book "Tritium" by A. Alan Moghissi and Melvin W. Carter, published by Messenger Graphics, Library of Congress number 73-79873. The portion on the fatalities was written by Dr. W. Seelentag of the WHO organization, Geneva Switzerland. Pages 267 thru 280.
Interestingly it appears that both subjects had worked for many years in the luminescent paint industry using Radium and Strontium before the use of Tritium.
