Did you notice the use of rem and sievert for acute radiation effects 

(tables 2 and 3)? Surely, these should be rad and gray. 



Also, neutron doses aren't explained. 



Obviously, the idea is to have a brief, useful guide, but it would 

probably be worthwhile to clarify this guide a bit. Do you know of a way 

to provide constructive feedback to the ACR?
