Re: RE : Patients trigger border radiation alarms



That is what I have been trying to say.  We are

approaching the issue as a if the issue can be fixed

technologically.  What we need to do is think what is

happening, e.g., radiation is setting off alarms and

frightening the public.  When the public is

frightened, the terrorist wins.
